Ok, this is my first real blog post!! I wanted to talk about my favorite starter pokemon (Out of all those regions) Honestly, for me its a pick between Charizard and Swampert. Charizard for obvious reasons. He's a freaking fire breathing dragon, and also a flying type, and Swampert for a more strategical reason. He is a water and ground type. Since he is a water type he is automatically weak against electric type moves right? Well, since Swampert is also a ground type, he cant even be hit by and electric type moves. Also, ground types are weak against water type attacks, but Swampert being a water type makes water type attacks not as effective. I did a poll about who was peoples favorite starter, Swampert or Charizard, and of course people chose Charizard for popularity and Swampert for who would win in a fight, but if you think about it, they are pretty evenly matched right? Charizard would be weak against Swampert because its a water types right? Well, wouldn't Swampert be just as weak against Charizard because he is a flying type and Swampert is a ground type?
